The PL grant has been planned to:
- Train ALNCOs to ensure enhanced knowledge and understanding of ALN reform to meet key dates in the reform calendar
- Train and develop knowledge and understand of ALN reform for all staff to support pupils with their ALN needs
- To provide ELSA training for specific staff to link with THRIVE provision in Early Years
- To enable all teaching staff to develop and enhance their Pedagogy in the classroom with a co-coaching model
- To provide THRIVE family training to support our school community
- To provide ongoing training for our THRIVE practitioners

- To develop a pupil centred learning approach in line with Curriculum for Wales developing collaborative learning and supporting intervention needs for specific pupils in small group/1:1 precision teaching focus
- To develop enhance provision and outdoor provision for our younger pupils to enhance their early learning journey
- To further develop a School Radio service to broadcast across the school led by a TLR post and a pupil leadership group
